The aging of the population, growing multiculturalism, the spread of smart working and changes in lifestyles are making coexistence in residential buildings increasingly complex. These social transformations have altered the dynamics of everyday life in condominiums, increasing the likelihood of disagreements among residents. Italian legislation already provides rules governing relations between condominium members, but awareness and correct application of these norms can help prevent many conflicts. Understanding existing regulations, from noise rules to the management of common areas, is therefore an increasingly relevant need in a social context that is less homogeneous than in the past.
