Marc Marquez (Ducati Lenovo Team) won the German Grand Prix at the Sachsenring, securing his tenth MotoGP victory on the same circuit, matching the record held by Giacomo Agostini. The Spanish rider led from the first lap to the checkered flag, completing a weekend that also included pole position and Sprint race victory.

On the podium alongside Marquez were Ai Ogura and Raul Fernandez, both riding Aprilia bikes for the Trackhouse team, finishing second and third respectively. Pedro Acosta (Red Bull KTM) crossed the line in fourth, while championship leader Jorge Martin (Aprilia Racing) finished fifth. Francesco Bagnaia (Ducati Lenovo Team) followed in sixth.

The race was shaped by several incidents among the title contenders. Fabio Di Giannantonio crashed out in the opening laps, while Alex Marquez retired after eight laps. Marco Bezzecchi, who suffered a fractured clavicle in a qualifying crash, underwent surgery and aims to return at Silverstone in early August.

In the championship standings, Martin continues to lead with 208 points, followed by Ogura with 194 and Marquez with 190, leaving the gap between the leader and the Spanish rider at 18 points. Bezzecchi sits fourth with 186, while Di Giannantonio holds fifth with 184, making five riders separated by just 24 points.
