The signing of the national agreement for the 2025-2027 contract renewal of local government employees is expected. The agreement, to be signed at Aran, covers approximately 404,000 workers in the sector. It comes less than five months after the previous contract renewal.

The planned increases range from 118 euros per month for entry-level roles, such as operators and ushers, to 154 euros for high-level professional categories and managers. The highest values will be reached at full regime in 2027.

The three sources agree on the main points: the minimum and maximum range of the increases, the 2025-2027 reference period, and the imminent signing. The number of employees involved, approximately 404,000, is reported by only one source but is not disputed.
