The civil court of Milan, through judge Valentina Maderna, has ordered Leonardo Maria Del Vecchio, heir to the Luxottica group, to return his one-year-old daughter Bianca to her mother, model and influencer Sara Soldati, by 6 PM on Tuesday. The decree states that "this situation must cease" and was issued "in the exclusive interest" of the child. The girl will remain with the mother at least until August 10, when a hearing will be held to examine the matter in depth, following technical and psychological assessments.

The proceeding stems from complaints filed by Soldati against Del Vecchio for private violence and child abduction. According to the mother's legal team, composed of lawyers Annamaria Bernardini De Pace and Luca Procaccini, the woman had not been able to see her daughter for about twenty days. The child was with her father on his yacht, currently anchored in Sardinia in the Porto Cervo area. Bernardini De Pace explained that the judge considered it a "serious prejudice" that the child remained exclusively with the father for such a long period, also noting that the girl was taken to Corsica.

The decree establishes full access to both parental figures and limits contacts between father and daughter to a five-minute video call per day at 6 PM. A curator for the minor's interests, lawyer Alessandro Simone, has been appointed. The delivery of the child is to take place at a location agreed upon between the parties, with Porto Cervo indicated by the mother.

A private agreement signed between the two parties is at the center of the dispute. According to Soldati's lawyers, the document was signed "out of fear of losing her daughter" and would give the father decision-making power deemed too broad; they announced they will seek to have it declared null. According to the same lawyers, the agreement also stipulates that the father cannot see the daughter for more than five consecutive days and must provide an economic contribution to the mother, a contribution that allegedly has not been paid. Del Vecchio's lawyers, Domenico Aiello and Daniela Missaglia, maintain that the agreement remains valid.

Sources close to Del Vecchio, contacted by Repubblica, confirmed that the order will be complied with. The entrepreneur's lawyers defined the accusations as "gravely unfounded," noting that the decree was issued without hearing their client and that its grounds will need to be verified. They also said the accusations are based on statements by a former partner of the entrepreneur and a former governess, whose reliability they question, and assured that the accusations will be confuted.

Del Vecchio is currently under investigation in Milan for child abduction. A testimony reportedly provided by a former partner of the entrepreneur, model Kornelia Ski, was acquired by the Carabinieri of Porto Cervo after a long interview, according to reports from Repubblica. The testimony includes descriptions of conditions of care deemed inappropriate by the mother's side, including an episode in which the child was allegedly given very hot food. These elements have not been confirmed by other sources and are contested by Del Vecchio's defense.
